Greetings!
Spring has finally arrived on the Outer
Banks and we are grateful to finally see the
end of the cool, damp weather. We are
blessed to be so very busy right now, and
are working hard to complete all of the jobs
in time for the rental season.
We still have space on our schedule for a
few more jobs before rentals start, but
those timeslots are filling up quickly. So
if you are in need of painting, cleaning or
repairs, don't delay ... call now!

Where We've Been This
Month ... Nags Head
We're
fortunate to have been
working inside over much of
the last month. The weather
has been great, and awful,
and great, and awful...
Anyway, I am proud of how
well our painters did on
these jobs; the outcome was
in all cases best described
as refreshing.
The men have been on a few
"whole-house" interior paint
jobs, and with multiple
colors and sheens, everyone
involved did a great job in
communicating the details of
the job, which is key to
satisfying the customer.
The scope of work at these
jobs includes drywall and
texture repairs, popcorn
ceiling removal, and of
course painting of walls,
ceiling and trim. Subtle
color changes inside can
really make a dramatic
impact overall, which
explains why painting reigns
as the most common type of
home improvement. There is
no substitute for a nicely
done, fresh coat of paint!

HealthEast Nags Head
We are happy to announce our
upcoming partnership in
painting with HealthEast at
the Outer Banks Hospital.
HealthEast Suites, located
in the North wing, has just
under ten thousand square
feet of wall area to paint
and they'll be changing a
rather clinical looking
seafoam green color to a
newer, ever so slightly
brighter green, yet to be
announced.
The staff at HealthEast is
very excited about the
upcoming color change nad
has many great suggestions
and ideas about the color.
I'd hate to have to be the
person who to make that
decision and make everybody
happy! The maintenance staff
at the hospital is the
finest I've ever worked
with, and I'm sure things
will look great once we're
through.
The job will require that we
perform our painting after 6
PM and on weekends, and
we'll be moving furniture,
fixtures, file cabinets,
medical equipment, the whole
works. Since this job will
take several days to
complete, we'll need to get
a crew on a night schedule,
so that trying to work night
and day doesn't overwhelm
anyone.
Over the last ten years, we
have done a number of
projects at the hospital and
we're grateful to have
another opportunity to serve
them coming up soon.
